On June 16th and 17th we participated in the Hudson Relay for Life Cancer Walk. As a group we raised $1,712 to donate to the American Cancer Society for cancer research. Along with raising money for a cure we also participated in the many activities that the Relay for Life staff put on. Between the activities we walked around the track at Newton Field, the walk was from 6 p.m. Friday night until noon on Saturday. It was a very rewarding experience for each of us. We look forward to participating in next years cancer walk.
